Alice Mills’ diminutive stature belies the enormous fight and mental strength that have seen her tagged the ‘Pocket Rocket’ of Australian swimming. Throughout her success, she keeps her feet on the ground. In life, and in the water she prizes learning from others. She is a singular talent but a champion team player.

Alice’s medals, include an Order of Australia and two Olympic medals. She is an Ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and is studying nursing.
